Business Management
“Management is about managing certain aspects in the short term while developing plans for the long term.” – Jack Welch (Chairman and CEO of General Electric between 1981 and 2001).
Our work in business management focuses on legal support related to coordinating and organizing business activities. We implement an organizational culture with principles that respect the internal and legal standards of the institution. In addition to monitoring and supervising the activities of managers and employees of the client company, in order to assist in achieving the operational and financial objectives of the company.
Agribusiness Law
Agribusiness law is the legal branch that regulates the relations of rural activities in their various legal dimensions related to land possession and ownership, rural producers, agribusiness companies encompassing all their activities, agrarian contracts, environmental issues and the society.
Our role in this field is to ensure that agribusiness companies have comprehensive legal assistance that enables their peace of mind for the execution of their core activities.
Extrajudicial Mediation
The resolution of judicial conflicts, besides being extremely complex, is filled with formalities and delays. Brazilian courts, at all levels, have already accumulated over 100 million cases that often drag on for decades awaiting final judgment.
Extrajudicial Mediation, introduced by Law No. 13.105/2015, provides a much quicker and cost-effective alternative to litigation. It presents a new conflict resolution alternative where dialogue and common sense are encouraged between the parties, thus avoiding the high costs of lawsuits and the parties’ loss of time.
With over 05 years of experience in mediations, our office has trained mediators who meet the requirements of the Brazilian National Council of Justice.
Business/Civil Law
Business law can be defined as the specific set of rules (laws and principles) that govern the organized economic activity for the production or circulation of goods or services (company) and those who professionally engage in it (business owners).
Our focus lies in providing assistance to our clients in the following areas:
– Negotiation and analysis of business contracts through strategic analysis and discussions of contractual clauses to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with contractual obligations of the parties involved in the negotiation.
– Providing preventive assistance to our clients to mitigate the risk of future legal problems, ensuring that business activities comply with current legislation both domestically and internationally, in cases of operations outside the national territory.
– Drafting legal opinions, upon client request, to aid in the decision-making process of the company.
– Intermediation or assistance in debt negotiation.

We conduct feasibility studies and provide reports to guide decisions for the establishment of multinational corporations, planning operations abroad, and analyzing international contracts to find the most advantageous strategy for our client.
We are also specialized in international trade, including commercial defense and customs law, enhancing import and export processes through customs planning and assistance with special customs regimes.

Customs Law regulates the entry and exit of goods into national territory, aims to apply the country’s customs policy, which is the inspection of foreign trade.
We provide administrative and judicial defense for our clients, providing preventive legal advice, challenging infraction notices with the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service and, when necessary, in the judicial sphere.

We specialize in investigating patent infringements and product counterfeiting. In this field, we have a fruitful partnership with the Brazilian Institute of Ethical Competition (ETCO), headquartered in São Paulo – SP.

Economic Criminal Law and Defensive Investigation
Our work in criminal law focuses on economic criminal law and defensive investigation.
In economic criminal law, we defend our clients in both the police and judicial phases, conducting in-depth analysis of cases and crafting defense strategies and theses.
Defensive investigation, regulated by Directive No. 188/2018 of the Brazilian Lawyers Association (OAB), is the investigative activities carried out by the lawyer, with or without the assistance of technical consultants or other legally qualified professionals, at any stage of criminal prosecution, procedure, or jurisdictional level, aiming to obtain evidence to constitute a lawful probative arsenal for the protection of the rights of their clients.
Our founders, as former police officers with over 30 years of experience in the Federal Police, have extensive experience in criminal analysis, police intelligence, and investigative analysis. Through defensive investigation, they seek to provide elements of conviction in search of the truth of the facts in the cases studied, presenting possible inconsistencies in the police investigations and judicial processes analyzed.
This specialized service is offered both to direct clients of our firm and to other criminal defense law firms.
